Our client has been an expert in the field of safety for over 20 years. Safety is an important theme in the process industry. Their goal is to strengthen the safety culture of their clients in this industry as much as possible, thereby preventing human suffering and ecological incidents. Rules and policies can sometimes make safety measures more of a hindrance, potentially creating unsafe situations with serious consequences. Our client has developed software that optimizes processes and serves as an ‘enabler.’ This strengthens the safety culture and reduces incidents.


You will be joining an organization where colleagues are passionate about the product and genuinely want to contribute to an industry where many things can go wrong. It is a flat, informal organization where output is more important than input, and flexibility is the norm.


Role

Together with the new marketing manager, you will set up the entire marketing strategy. You will think about the new marketing strategy and customer journey. Due to the specific nature and limited number of prospects in this market, a highly qualitative approach is required. This means establishing a targeted marketing strategy and approach. Who are the decision-makers? How can we best reach them? Which channels should we use? And how do we convert these leads most effectively into sales? The long sales cycles require the right approach.


As a growth marketer, you will be responsible for optimizing the online marketing funnel. Together, you will map out the customer journey, and through various channels, you will engage with target audiences. Higher up in the funnel, you will reach customers through advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Google. You will then develop various flows in the marketing automation platform to nurture potential customers with targeted campaigns, ensuring proper measurability.


The marketing manager is looking for a sparring partner to build something great together. There is plenty of room for your own input, and you are encouraged to be bold with your campaigns. You are proactive, eager to learn, and uphold high-quality standards. You are not afraid to make mistakes and work with precision.


What is expected of you:

  • Bachelor’s degree level of thinking and working;
  • At least 3 years of work experience;
  • Experience with marketing automation;
  • B2B experience is a plus;
  • Data-driven approach;
  • Proactive, independent, and eager to learn.
