**The Opportunity: Growth Marketer**
**What you will be doing in this role**:
- Manage B2C and B2B paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, overseeing everything from creation to analysis.
- Craft high-converting, multilingual landing pages and drive continuous improvements through targeted CRO experiments.
- Implement ABM strategies and CRM workflows with RevOps, maximizing pipeline efficiency and conversions.
- Drive SEO efforts through keyword research and content enhancements to boost search rankings and user engagement.
- Collaborate with Program Managers and participate in client QBRs to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
**What you bring to the table**
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising, CRO, and SEO.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in AI/LLM-assisted workflows for essential tasks like copywriting, keyword research, and CRO.
- Outstanding project management and organizational abilities to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration within a cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
- Background in the medical or healthcare sector (preferred but not required).
