**About the team**:
The marketing team consists of a Product Marketing Manager, Customer Marketing Manager, Technical Writer, Content Marketing Manager, and Webmaster. But as you can see, we still have a seat available for a talented Growth Marketer to join our team. You’ll play a prominent role in the future success of our team and even our company.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Your main goal will be to develop and execute strategies to drive a qualified marketing-sourced B2B pipeline. To achieve this goal, your role will include the following responsibilities:

- Being in charge of the day-to-day management of our paid advertising; Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Capterra PPC, and others.
- Continuous work on our SEO strategy & execution to make sure we gradually but surely dominate the SERPs in our respective markets and regions.
- Ensuring an optimal and impactful distribution of our content marketing assets in collaboration with the Content Marketing Manager.
- Implementing A/B testing and experimentation to optimize acquisition campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Analysing user behaviour and conversion funnels to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
- Utilizing analytics tools and data analysis to track key performance metrics and measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
- Preparing regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights and performance metrics to stakeholders.

**Who we’re looking for**:
We’re looking for a hands-on professional who is able to take initiative and drive the pipeline. You’re the right person if you have achieved excellent SEO results and know the steps to take because you have been executing all of them yourself.
- Proven experience in growth marketing within the SaaS or tech industry, with a strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth in an international context.
- Hands-on experience in the day-to-day management of LinkedIn ads, Google Ads, and other paid media channels.
- Experience managing 5-digit monthly media budgets.
- Operational experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- A healthy dose of curiosity & proactiveness
- Professional proficiency in English
