Based in Amsterdam, XITE now reaches 100 million households across multiple territories through linear networks, interactive TV apps and on-demand streaming services. The company revolutionized the way audiences experience music videos by allowing viewers to search, like and skip through its entire catalog, enjoy channels curated by its team of music experts and create their own channel based on a genre, decade, style or mood using its unique Mixer feature. XITE has a full music video catalog through agreements with all major and top independent music labels and distributors, and works to expand this offering every day.

The role and the team

Within our Marketing Team we are looking for a Growth Marketeer; someone that is data-driven, innovative and driven to contribute to the success of our company. You enjoy performing analysis and coming up with new ways to improve campaign performance. You will play a key role in achieving our growth goals. **Responsibilities**:

- You will analyze current campaigns and come up with ideas for new campaigns while working closely with our Chief Growth Officer and Head of Marketing.
- You will be heavily involved in booking ad campaigns on our platforms and app.
- You will work with various stakeholders within the company: Data Analytics, Data Science, Product Owners and the Content & Design Team to continuously optimize current and new campaigns.
- You will be responsible for formatting and sending out a number of regular newsletters.
- You will be involved in mapping and optimizing the customer journey of both existing and new users. You will also provide excellent customer service by answering customer questions quickly and effectively.
- 0 - 4 years experience.
- You are enthusiastic, communicatively strong and enjoy contributing new ideas.
- You have experience in booking advertising campaigns.
- You work well with different teams within a company.
- You enjoy working with data and diving into it.
- You speak and write Dutch and English fluently.

- ** HR Interview (online)**: One of our recruiters will contact you, because we’d really like to find out more about you and to see if there is a culture fit between you and XITE. During this interview you can ask all your questions about the company.
- ** Interview with Head of Marketing**: In this interview you will have an interview with our Chief Growth Officer and Head of Marketing, also your future manager. You will dive deeper into the role, your knowledge and experience.
- ** Assignment & meet the team**: You will work on an assignment in our office which you directly discuss afterwards with our Head of Marketing. You will also meet the rest of the Marketing Team
- ** Reference check**: We ask you for 2 references that we can give a call and ask a few questions as a part of our hiring process.
