Gevestigd aan de Keizersgracht, in het hart van De Negen Straatjes bevindt zich het best bewaarde geheim van Amsterdam: The Dylan Amsterdam. Een 5-sterren boutique hotel waar het draait om oprechte en persoonlijke service en we onvergetelijke ervaringen creëren voor onze gasten. Een historische omgeving met 41 unieke hotelkamers, 4 ruimtes voor evenementen en drie restaurants: Bar Brasserie OCCO, het met twee Michelinsterren bekroonde Restaurant Vinkeles, en het kleinste fine-dining restaurant van Nederland, até.


The Dylan Amsterdam is opzoek naar een Guest Service Assistant. Als Guest Service Assistant heb jij oog voor detail en vind je het leuk om veel persoonlijk contact te hebben met onze gasten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel het verwelkomen en inchecken van de gasten als het uitchecken van vetrekkende gasten. Verder zal je reserveringen maken voor zowel de hotelkamers als voor Michelinster Restaurant Vinkeles en Bar Brasserie OCCO en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van de telefooncentrale en het assisteren van de conciërges. Shifts kunnen plaatsvinden van 07:00 tot 15:00 uur of van 15:00 tot 23:00 uur. Incidenteel draai je een nachtdienst. Het is belangrijk dat je zowel doordeweeks als in het weekend beschikbaar bent.

- Je hebt een hotelschool of soortgelijke opleiding afgerond.


- Je hebt relevante werkervaring binnen een soortgelijke functie.


- Je hebt affiniteit met het luxe segment.


- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift.


- Je bent in staat om onder druk te werken.





Wat kunnen wij jou bieden?


- Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 5 kilometer.


- Vanaf indiensttreding staat er een Swapfiets voor je klaar. Deze wordt voor een jaar compleet vergoed.


- De werkkleding wordt compleet verzorgt en gereinigd door het hotel.


- Schoenvergoeding van max. 100 euro bruto per jaar op basis van een voltijd dienstverband.
