Als HR Coordinator bij het prachtige Ibis Styles Rotterdam Ahoy houd jij je bezig met verschillende taken aangaande het personeel, vooral aan de kant van soft HRM en de administratieve HR processen.




Soft HRM bestaat o.a. uit HR-zaken zoals het onboarden van nieuwe collega’s, organiseren van opleidingen en trainingen, opvolgen van prestaties, welzijn op het werk en andere aspecten. De ondersteunende en administratieve taken kunnen o.a. betrekking hebben op sollicitatieprocedures, het bijhouden van verzuim en het opvolgen en bijwerken van de personeelsdossiers.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?




  • Een (net) afgeronde HBO opleiding en/of stage HRM of Hotelmanagement;
  • De benodigde soft skills en aantoonbare administratieve inzichten;
  • Je werkt gestructureerd;
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk;
  • Je bent minimaal 2-talig (NL/ENG), dus beide talen zijn een must;
  • Je bent relationeel en communicatief capabel om op alle niveaus te communiceren;
  • Bij voorkeur wonend in (de omgeving van) Rotterdam;
  • Je hebt een hands on mentaliteit, je bent een aanpakker en motivator.
