ASML aims for our communities to benefit from and contribute to ASML’s long-term success. The Society and Community Engagement department of ASML invests in programs in Affordable Housing​, Infrastructure, Social cohesion​, Inclusive Education, STEM Education, Access to basic needs and employment, and Attractive and inclusive Culture & Sports. Over the next few years, we will grow to reach our ambition of investing €2,500 annually per employee (amount invested per employee and employee contribution matching and volunteering combined), totaling more than €100 million per year globally.

The Inclusive Talent & STEM Education team aims to unlock potential and create equal opportunities for all children​​, and help increase the STEM/technical talent pool that society needs to solve some of its key challenges​​. Inclusive Talent programs focus on supporting children with a disadvantaged background, neurodivergent children and international children in the region, e.g. through Weekend-and After school programs and the recently launched Van Alle Talen Thuis project. STEM Education programs include the ASML Junior Academy and STEMup. The Program Manager Inclusive Talent & STEM Education reports to the Head of Inclusive Talent & STEM Education.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a portfolio of projects in Inclusive Talent & STEM Education
  • Responsible for the entire project 'lifecycle' including content & strategy development, project proposal development with partners, contracting, execution and monitoring, communications
  • Able to successfully engage external and internal stakeholders and collaborate with colleagues
  • Able to organize project structure (roles & responsibilities) and coordinate task with external partners to deliver results

Education and experience

8+ years of relevant experience;

  • Master degree
  • Strong project/program management experience
  • Experience in Community engagement and/or in the Public-Private collaboration domain is a pre
  • Inclusive talent development and STEM Education experience is a ‘pre’
  • InterPersonal Skills: to manage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Communication skills (e.g. written, verbal & listening skills)
  • Consultancy experience is a pre
  • Advanced Dutch and English skills

Society & Community Engagement is a global department. The Inclusive Talent & STEM Education team is based in Veldhoven, we have adopted hybrid working: we work from the office, from home and in the Veldhoven region with our stakeholders.
