As Program Manager in our Risk & Business Assurance (RBA) group, you will lead cross-departmental programs and projects in the area of Cyber Security.

Role and Responsibilities

The Program Manager typically leads cross-departmental programs and projects that have direct impact to all operations. As a Program Manager, you understand the agreed objectives and are able to motivate a wide group of stakeholders, keep everyone informed about the progress and bring the activities to successful completion.

You will be part of the RBA Program Management Office and, together with 17 colleagues, leading the delivery of our Portfolio of projects and programs. For example, you may lead an upgrade of an Information Security Control for a selection of ASML computer systems across the company.

The RBA department supports all ASML Departments with Integrated Risk Management and Risk Mitigation. Through a portfolio of improvement projects, RBA helps ASML to achieve its business goals. A grasp of your responsibilities:

  • You will be in the lead of complex, impactful and multi stream programs and program teams;
  • Managing- consulting- and informing (key) stakeholders throughout the whole organization will be key in this position;
  • Operationally you will be responsible for the program deliverables, program planning and resource budgeting for the projects- and programs you are responsible for.

Education and experience

Having a strong team focus and collaboration mindset, you will work with peers and stakeholders across the ASML organization on Cyber Security Projects . In this role, it is crucial that you are able to operate well on various levels of the organization. You have a solid program or project management background in the area of cyber security or related area’s and can interact well with both technical and non-technical peers and stakeholders. Ideally, you will bring these competences and skills to the table:

  • Master’s degree in Cyber Security, IT management, or equivalent level achieved by work experience.
  • At least 5 years experience in managing (up to C-level) stakeholders in global corporate organizations.
  • 10+ years of leading large programs in Cyber Security, Risk Management and/or Project Management.
