Integrated Risk Management Implementation Manager

ASML is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integrated Risk Management Implementation Manager to join our Risk and Business Assurance (RBA) department. The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling effective and efficient risk management processes within ASML, working closely with RBA, ASML's sectors, and business lines.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and improve the design, implementation, and operating effectiveness of ASML's Integrated Risk Management process, including the 3-lines of responsibility model, methodology, and tooling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams to enable oversight on overall risk exposure.
- Align and build strong relationships with stakeholders to gain buy-in for a solid integrated risk management solution.
- Support business with risk management processes, including incidents, policies, compliance/regulatory programs, GRC, risk responses, control design, and implementation.
- Deliver expertise in the integrated risk management (ServiceNow) tooling and have an in-depth understanding of how the IRM processes are supported by the tooling capabilities.
- Support and guidance in using the tooling, and related templates, for first business adoptions, data migration, user access, and role provisioning.
- Align with the internal risk academy for the creation of training and guidance material to support integrated risk management processes and methodology, as well as the tooling that supports this process.
- A master's degree in business economics, risk management, or technology.
- 10 years minimum experience in Risk Management and/or Legal, Information Security, Compliance, Governance, or Risk Management.
- Experience with GRC software business embedding, project management in consulting or Big4 firms is a big plus.
- Experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management or similar GRC tooling is a big plus, but a strong interest and willingness to learn is also acceptable.
- Knowledge of industry-related standards and regulations, e.g., ISO 27000, ISO 31000, NIST, SOx, etc. is considered a big plus.
- Able to influence and mobilize workforce, departments, and executives.
