De speciale voertuigen van familiebedrijf Terberg rijden rond in meer dan 130 landen, dat maakt hen een speler op wereldniveau. De Royal Terberg Group is een Nederlands familiebedrijf dat internationaal aan de weg timmert met haar 30 bedrijven. Je komt hun voertuigen tegen in havens, distributiecentra, de zware industrie, tunnelbouw, rangeerterreinen en luchthavens. Functieomschrijving

Het verbeteren en optimaliseren zit jou in het bloed Als Process Engineer bij Terberg Benschop ben je daar continu mee bezig; en ook met het beheer van productie- en assemblagefaciliteiten. Je houdt je bezig met continu verbeteren en efficiënt inrichten van de assemblage processen van de chassisbouw. Dit gebeurt met een projectmatige aanpak, waarbij het gaat om:

  • efficiency van de flow
  • introductie van nieuwe voertuigen
  • verbetering van productiekwaliteit
  • implementatie van nieuwe procedures en processen
  • reductie van fouten in assemblage
  • het organiseren en faciliteren van passende gereedschappen en ondersteunende faciliteiten.

Ook neem je de opleidingsbehoeften van productiemedewerkers, de logistieke processen en de productmodificaties en -innovaties mee in je plannen.

Functie-eisen
  • HTS opleiding in autotechniek of werktuigbouwkunde
  • Ervaring met verbeterprocessen in een productie omgeving
