Synergy Data Solutions zoekt een enthousiaste, flexibele en ervaren (Field) Service Engineer om ons team te versterken in de Installatie en het onderhoud van onze Monitoring en Data Analysesystemen. We nodigen iemand uit die graag bijdraagt aan de groei van onze organisatie.

Ons bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in professionele service en dienstverlening voor de medische, farmaceutische, voedings- en chemische industrie. Wij bieden oplossingen om complexe industriële gegevens van processen en kritieke omgevingscondities 24 uur per dag in real-time te verzamelen.

Deze gegevens worden vergeleken met strikt vooraf ingestelde parameters die dienen ter bescherming van bijvoorbeeld wetenschappelijk werk of de productie van medicatie en food. Als Field Service Engineer van onze Monitoring en Data Analysesystemen speel je een essentiële rol in dit proces.

In deze rol voer je installatie en serviceactiviteiten uit van onze Monitoring en Data Analysesystemen dit zowel de software als de hardware en op locaties zoals ziekenhuizen, laboratoria, apotheken en bloedbanken en tal van andere verticale markten waar onze Monitoring en Data Analysesystemen toegepast kunnen worden. Je biedt ondersteuning en adviseert klanten bij technische problemen, voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit aan zowel nieuwe als bestaande installaties, en zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende installaties technisch optimaal functioneren. Je draagt bij aan het waarborgen van de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van onze systemen, en je hebt de kans om actief bij te dragen aan de groei van onze organisatie.

Na de inwerkperiode bestaan je werkzaamheden onder andere uit;

  • Het installeren van Monitoring en Data Analysesystemen (dit zowel de software als de hardware);
  • Denk hierbij aan ziekenhuizen, laboratoria, fertiliteitsklinieken en bloedbanken;
  • Inregelen, kalibreren en onderhoud plegen aan deze systemen;
  • Sparring- en servicepartner voor klanten en ketenpartners;
  • Instructies geven over het gebruik van de geïnstalleerde apparatuur;

Wat maakt jou kansrijk?

  • Enthousiast, flexibel en leergierig;
  • Teamspeler, resultaatgericht, analytisch;
  • Service/Commerciële mentaliteit;
  • Voorkeur om binnen een organisatie te werken met korte lijnen waar collegialiteit hoog in het vaandel staat;
  • Afgeronde MBO+ opleiding richting Elektrotechniek of ICT;
  • Je hebt ervaring met het werken in een organisatie waar gewerkt wordt met heldere en goed vastgelegde processen en protocollen;
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring als Service Engineer binnen de medische of farmaceutische industrie of elektrotechniek;
  • Softwarekennis op het gebied van windows en Linux of bereid je hierin te verdiepen.
