Wat ga je doen?

Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en voorziet hen van alle informatie die ze nodig hebben. Je helpt gasten bij het inchecken, vertelt welke highlights ze echt niet mogen overslaan. Je geeft informatie over ons restaurant en vraagt of je voor ze een tafel mag reserveren. Tussendoor krijg je een telefoontje van een gast die graag een kamer wil reserveren voor volgende week. Geen probleem, jij regelt het De volgende gasten komen bij jou uit checken. Je bent razend nieuwsgierig naar hoe ze het verblijf hebben ervaren. Je neemt de koffers van de gasten aan, zodat ze nog even lekker de stad in kunnen. Ze geven aan snel weer een keer terug te komen. Daar doe je het voor

Je bent van alle markten thuis en krijgt serieus veel energie van afwisselend werken. Een nachtdienst of je collega’s in een andere hotel een keer uit de brand helpen is voor jou geen probleem Je bent namelijk super flexibel.


Wie zijn wij?

Het Babylon Hotel Den Haag, sinds 1978 een icoon aan het centraal station van Den Haag en onderdeel van Eden Hotels. Centraal gelegen, met een fantastisch uitzicht en daarnaast natuurlijk alle bekende trekpleisters binnen handbereik. Het hotel heeft 143 kamers en verschillende bijzondere vergaderzalen. In het hotel vind je op de eerste verdieping onze bar en ons restaurant "The Livingroom", waar we voor onze gasten een echt thuisgevoel willen creëren.


Eden Hotels heeft gedurende twee generaties een mooie collectie hotels opgebouwd. Onze hands-on aanpak combineert tientallen jaren ervaring in de hotellerie met zakelijk inzicht, zodat elke collega het beste uit zichzelf kan halen. Met veel plezier zorgen we voor een lokale beleving en blijvende herinneringen voor onze gasten. Met inmiddels 12 hotels bevinden we ons in de stadscentra van alle grote steden in Nederland. Doordat we in die steden alle verrassende plekken weten, zorgen we ervoor dat de gast zich echt even één van ons voelt. Met onze ambitie om internationaal te groeien, is het onze missie om diezelfde uitstekende service en ervaring in heel Europa te gaan bieden. We hebben spannende tijden voor de boeg met grote projecten in het verschiet, dus het is een geweldig moment om aan boord te stappen




Wie ben jij?
  • Je bent een sprankelende persoonlijkheid die iedereen enthousiast weet te maken.
  • Werken in een team vind je leuk, maar zelfstandig werken is voor jou ook geen enkel probleem.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Spreek je ook nog (een beetje) Frans, Duits of Spaans? Dan zijn wij daar heel blij mee
  • Bij jou staat de gast écht op nummer één; je hebt een servicegerichte- en dienstverlenende instelling.
  • Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als receptionist.
  • Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je bent flexibel, een nachtdienst is voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je bent enthousiast en communicatief sterk.
  • Je bent accuraat en stressbestendig.
  • Heb je een BHV diploma? Dat is een pré
  • Je woont in de regio Den Haag.


Wat kun je van ons verwachten?
  • Een fulltime contract (met intentie tot verlenging).
  • Het salaris ligt tussen 2234 EUR - 2600 EUR, afhankelijk van het aantal jaren ervaring en vaardigheden.
  • De Eden Basics zijn bij ons dik in orde. Denk hierbij aan goede collectieve verzekeringen en een reiskostenvergoeding.
