Operational Strategy Lead (32-40 uur)

PIDZ streeft naar betere zorgbemiddeling. Als Operational Strategy Lead speel jij een sleutelrol in het vertalen van strategie naar concrete resultaten en het realiseren van onze missie.


Wat ga je doen?

De Operational Strategy Lead is verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van de bedrijfsstrategie naar operationele plannen en het coördineren van de uitvoering ervan. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met de directie en verschillende teams om strategische doelen te behalen, de voortgang te bewaken en knelpunten op te lossen. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte uitvoering van initiatieven en bevordert samenwerking tussen afdelingen.


Je vertaalt de bedrijfsvisie naar concrete plannen, stelt prioriteiten en creëert duidelijke roadmaps om de strategische doelen te bereiken. Je identificeert de benodigde middelen en processen voor een succesvolle uitvoering. Daarnaast coördineer je strategische projecten, analyseer je operationele processen om deze te verbeteren en implementeer je best practices. Je fungeert als schakel tussen de directie en andere stakeholders, zorgt voor heldere communicatie en rapporteert over de voortgang.

Je motiveert en coacht teams om strategische doelen te realiseren en prestaties te verbeteren. Je stimuleert een cultuur van samenwerking, innovatie en resultaatgerichtheid binnen de organisatie.


Jij zorgt voor:

  • HBO/WO opleiding, bij voorkeur in bedrijfskunde, economie, management of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een strategische of operationele rol, zoals projectmanager of business manager.
  • Ervaring met het ontwikkelen, uitvoeren en coördineren van operationele plannen en het managen van complexe projecten.
  • Het vermogen om strategische doelen te vertalen naar praktische acties en meerdere projecten tegelijk te prioriteren en te coördineren.
  • Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en het vermogen om effectief te communiceren met stakeholders op alle niveaus.
  • Een proactieve, oplossingsgerichte houding met de capaciteit om teams te inspireren, te verbinden en te motiveren

  • Een prima salaris. Ben jij de perfecte kandidaat, dan kunnen wij je een salaris bieden tussen € 4.280,- en € 6.115,- op basis van 40 uur per week; het salaris is afhankelijk van de relevantie en breedte van achtergrond en ervaring.
  • 26 vakantiedagen en 2 ATV dagen per jaar (op fulltime basis) en jaarlijks vrij op 5 mei;
