Word Customer Activity Monitoring (CAM) Analist bij een duurzame bank en maak het verschilDe functieAls Analyst Customer Activity Monitoring (CAM) speel je een cruciale rol in het beschermen van deze organisatie en klanten tegen witwassen, terrorismefinanciering en andere criminele activiteiten. Door data te analyseren, patronen te identificeren in gemonitorde transacties, en rapportages te leveren met daarin jouw bevindingen, draag je bij aan het verbeteren van ons CAM-framework. Je werkt nauw samen met CAM-specialisten en andere relevante stakeholders.
  • Je analyseert Customer Activity Monitoring (post transaction monitoring) en definieert benodigde wijzigingen in bedrijfsprocessen;
  • Je identificeert nieuwe AML/CTF-maatregelen en bedrijfsregels of verbeteringen voor bestaande maatregelen en regels;
  • Je werkt nauw samen met teamleden om onze CAM modellevenscyclus te ontwikkelen, onderhouden en verbeteren en werkt aan gedragsmodellen en statische regels;
  • Je draagt bij aan het back-testen van onze gedragsmodellen en statische regels;
  • Je bereidt rapportages voor met betrekking tot CAM-gerelateerde onderwerpen binnen het AML/CTF-gebied, inclusief thematisch onderzoek en voorstellen voor het gebruik van geavanceerde analyses en AI;
  • Je ondersteunt CAM-rapportages inclusief de prestaties van bedrijfsregels en relevante Operational Risk-incidenten.

  • Het vermogen om een holistisch perspectief te behouden en te identificeren wat er nodig is voor het volledige plaatje;
  • Kritische informatie identificeren en een tijdige respons formuleren bij onzekerheid of ambiguïteit;
  • Integriteit en eerlijkheid tonen, en durven te spreken of moeilijke gesprekken te voeren wanneer dat nodig is;
  • Partnerschappen en netwerken opzetten, en relaties onderhouden met relevante stakeholders van diverse achtergronden;
  • Uitgebreide relevante werkervaring als CAM-analist of in een vergelijkbare rol;
  • Brede kennis en expertise binnen het AML/CTF-veld in de financiële sector, specifiek met analyse en verbetering van CAM regels en modellen;
  • Ervaring met, en kennis van, een Agile manier van werken binnen een IT-omgeving;
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en vaardigheden als zakenpartner;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels (Spaans of Duits is een plus).
