Als Test- en commissioningsleider bij ASML ben jij dé vakspecialist die ervoor zorgt dat de HVAC, elektrotechnisch en veiligheid technische installaties van onze klant ASML optimaal functioneren en succesvol worden opgeleverd. Je verzorgt het gehele commissioning proces, ook op technisch inhoudelijk gebied. Je houdt toezicht op de installatie, inspectie en het testen van alle installatie systemen om ervoor te zorgen dat deze voldoen aan de gestelde eisen en normen. Een zeer afwisselende job in een dynamische omgeving en een leuk team waarbij volop ruimte is voor ontwikkeling en groei.

Niet ´gewoon een bedrijf´

Werken bij SPIE betekent werken op topniveau aan projectendie er echt toe doen. We maken gebouwen toekomstbestendig met een duurzame,innovatieve en multidisciplinaire aanpak, of het nu gaat om transformaties ofnieuwbouw. We deinzen niet terug voor ingewikkelde omgevingen, moeilijkbereikbare locaties of drukbezochte plekken, en bouwen daar aan de mooiste enmeest uitdagende projecten. Deze projecten halen het allerbeste in onzeambitieuze mensen naar boven.

De Business Unit Large Projects is onderdeel van SPIEBuilding Solutions. Ons kantoor is gevestigd in Utrecht, maar we werken doorhet hele land. We bouwen bij de meest toonaangevende bedrijven de mooistegebouwen, met projecten die variëren van 5 miljoen tot ongeveer 200 miljoeneuro.

Niet ´gewoon een baan´

Als je liever elke werkdag hetzelfde, repeterende werk wil doen dan is deze baan waarschijnlijk niet voor je weggelegd. Deze baan bij SPIE Building Solutions is er een voor een Test- en commissioningsleider die graag met een grote verscheidenheid aan installaties werkt met een hoog probleemoplossende instelling. Vaak zelfstandig, maar soms ook samen met je collega's zorg je voor een professionele en veilige uitvoering van de aan jou toegewezen projecten.

Je organiseert je eigen werk, maar houdt daarbij ook altijd nauw contact met de opdrachtgever en je directe collega's. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de opgeleverde installaties van onze klanten optimaal functioneren en bijdragen aan een duurzame en veilige leefomgeving. Dit lukt je doordat je als Test- en commissioningsleider:

  • Installatie techniek als basis van je vak hebt, maar ook weet dat communicatie en klantgerichtheid essentieel zijn voor een tevreden klant;
  • De verbindende schakel bent tussen projectteams, engineers, uitvoerders, leveranciers en klanten.
  • Sterk bent in het bijhouden van je werk en rapportages, zowel op papier als in de uitvoering;
  • Een echte aanpakker bent die ook niet te beroerd is om een stap extra te doen als het gevraagd wordt.
  • Sterk bent in het ontwikkelen van en implementeren van test- en commissioningsplannen en schema's, en het coördineren van de voorbereiding en uitvoering met engineering- en uitvoeringsteams, leveranciers en klanten etc.
  • Sterk bent in het toezicht houden op het testen van HVAC-, elektrische- en veiligheidssystemen en het valideren van systeemprestaties volgens de projectnormen.
  • Sterk bent in het zorgvuldig bijhouden van alle testresultaten en vastleggen in rapporten. Je levert gedetailleerde overdrachtsdocumenten inclusief handleidingen en certificaten op.
  • Sterk bent in het signaleren en oplossen van technische problemen tijdens het testen en commissioning proces, inclusief het coördineren van correctieve acties.
    • De kwaliteit, ook op technisch inhoudelijk gebied en de planning van de testen en commissioning bewaakt.
    • De voortgang van de projecten overlegt en rapporteert aan de projectmanager;
    • De administratie en test- en commissioningsrapportage verzorgt en je collega's op de hoogte houdt over de voortgang van het project;
    • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden veilig en volgens de geldende regelgeving worden uitgevoerd
    • Sterk bent in het faciliteren van de overdracht van alle installatie systemen naar de klant
    Niet ´gewoon een medewerker´

Dagelijks maken wij het verschil door bij onze klanten op onze top te presteren. Dat vragen wij van al onze medewerkers, dus ook van jou als Test- en commissioningsleider. Om het verschil te kunnen maken in jouw werk heb je een passie voor techniek en ben je een fijne gesprekspartner voor je collega's en de klant(en). Je werkt graag planmatig en gestructureerd.

Daar bovenop:

  • Een installatie technische opleiding HVAC (of elektrotechniek) op HBO niveau;
  • Aanvullende cursussen of trainingen op het gebied van commissioning processen, systeemvalidatie en testprocedures.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
