Hier bieden we toegang tot een breed en dagelijks wisselend aanbod van auto's en bieden we klanten de mogelijkheid om hun aankoop volledig online te doen.Als onderdeel van het expansie team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vinden en uitvoeren van deals voor een lokale retail locatie, en voor de integratie van de vestiging in A1-tools en -platforms.De Expansion Manager is de persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor het vinden van en onderhandelen over het huurcontract voor retail locaties. Hij/zij is ook verantwoordelijk voor de budgettering van opex en capex en voor de uitrol van locaties in A1-tools en -platforms. Hij/zij levert de locaties over aan het Launch-team op het moment dat de huurovereenkomst wordt getekend.Vacatureomschrijving
  • Identificatie en uitvoering van deals voor nieuwe locaties (onderhandelingen over huurcontracten)
  • Opstellen van interne business case & analyse van kansen voor Auto1 Management goedkeuring
  • Voorbereiden presentatie & model incl. huurberekening & afstemmen met inkoop/marketing over huurbijdrage
  • Beoordelen van en onderhandelen over huurovereenkomst & vastgoed vergunningen in coördinatie met juridische afdeling
  • Voorbereiden, onderhandelen en ondertekenen van contracten + aanvragen bankgarantie bij Finance, opstellen welke vergunningen contracten nodig zijn
  • Kick off uitrol locaties met betrekking tot lay-out, logistiek, productie, inkoop in coördinatie met productie/retail/ logistiek en inkoopafdelingen
  • Voorbereiden CAPEX/ OPEX budget van de te openen locaties (Renovatie, Apparatuur & Branding)
  • CAPEX- & OPEX-budget Uitrusting (Productie, Inkoop, Retail, IT) --- aangepaste lijst afstemmen voor locatie bestelling
Functie-eisen
  • Werkervaring in een startup, een consultancy, een dynamisch en snelgroeiend bedrijf, of in de automotive sector is een pluspunt
  • 3-5 jaar expansie van startups, management consulting of een vergelijkbare rol
  • Het leuk vindt om meerdere petten op te hebben in een snel groeiende ambitieuze startup-omgeving
  • Kunt werken met weinig begeleiding
  • 50% van je tijd ben je door heel Nederland verschillende locaties aan het bezoeken
  • Hands-on mentaliteit, eigen verantwoordelijkheid, snelheid en uitgesproken oplossingsgerichtheid
  • Hebt een sterke analytische en uitvoerende mentaliteit en bent zelfverzekerd in het omgaan met cijfers, evenals professionele analyse- en presentatievaardigheden
  • Ondernemend denken, sterke besluitvaardigheid en flexibiliteit
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
