About this role:

The Strategic Account Manager is a vital contributor to expanding our business by creating win-win situations that balance JET's needs with our partners' ambitions. The accounts in your portfolio vary from Local Hero Chain partners to top franchisees of major BRGs with a regional scope. You are able to directly contribute to the company's performance and strategic goals.

You will be part of our new Dutch Strategic Accounts team with a varied range of experience and expertise to set an example in the international organisation. In this role you are able to create and share best practices which will truly have an impact on our company's performance.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
  • Strengthen relationships with our existing partners to ensure mutual growth and success
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for expansion within our current partnerships, while occasionally exploring potential new partnerships. Manage and grow our commercial partnerships with a range of new and existing partners
  • Find and unlock new business opportunities
  • Manage a variety of projects, creating strategies and utilising data analysis to support business objectives.
  • Be an ambassador for the Dutch team and function as a true team player
  • Balancing the challenging and diverse need of multiple stakeholders in a rapidly changing market
  • Finding innovative solutions to complex problems
What will you bring to the table?
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; being able to manage and maintain relations with multiple stakeholders
  • Enjoys taking on projects and developing creative solutions alongside their main responsibilities.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Balance structure with flexibility to address whatever comes (y)our way.
  • Fluent in Dutch, and advanced in English (written and spoken)
