Wat ga je doen?

Als D&T Lead vervul je een cruciale leiderschapsrol bij het vormgeven van onze Digital & Technology-strategie en -diensten. Je zorgt voor de balans tussen vraag en aanbod van digitale diensten en leidt de implementatie van verandertrajecten.

In de samenwerking met het Leadership Team Nederland speel je een sleutelrol om bedrijfsprestaties te realiseren in lijn met de Compass Digital & Technology-strategie. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met externe technologiepartners en Group Digital & Technology collega’s en vertegenwoordigt onze organisatie extern bij strategische partners en andere organisaties.

  • Je leidt initiatieven om de winstgevendheid te vergroten door standaardisatie, harmonisatie en verbeterprogramma's te implementeren;

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren van de benodigde capaciteit voor het succes van onze Digital & Technology afdeling op de middellange termijn en voor het begeleiden van noodzakelijke systeem transformaties in de komende 2-3 jaar;

  • Je gaat ontwikkeling en operationele verbetering vanuit een strategisch en operationeel perspectief initiëren, aansturen en implementeren binnen de Digital & Technology afdeling.

Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Leidinggeven aan de Nederlandse Digital & Technology afdeling;

  • Ontwikkelen, afstemmen en implementeren van de Country Digital & Technology-strategie;

  • Verder bouwen aan een gepassioneerd team dat multidisciplinair samenwerkt en resultaten levert;

  • Opbouwen van sterke relaties met alle afdelingen en leiderschapsteams;

  • Eigenaar van de technologische veranderings- en transformatieagenda in samenwerking;

  • Zorgen voor de succesvolle levering van diensten en projecten;

  • Uitvoeren van plannen met strategische partners, om win-win proposities te creëren;

  • Beheren van de risicoportfolio, inclusief cyberveiligheid;

  • Waarborgen van governance op het gebied van beveiliging, licenties, IT-controles en gegevensbescherming;

  • Stimuleren van best practices en bedrijfsverbeteringsprocessen op het gebied van Digital & Technology.

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent een ruimdenkende en inhoudelijk sterke strategische denker, die feiten en oordeel in evenwicht brengt om commerciële beslissingen te ondersteunen in de vorm van strakke planning en uitvoering. Dit heb je eerder gedaan in omgevingen waarin directe actie moest worden ondernomen als reactie op voortdurende verandering, zowel extern als intern.

Verder ben je in staat om innovatie en operationele verbetering vanuit een strategisch en operationeel perspectief te initiëren, dit aan te sturen en te implementeren binnen de afdeling.

  • Je hebt een WO/HBO of masterdiploma in IT;

  • Meer dan 10 jaar relevante werkervaring;

  • Diepgaand begrip en passie voor digitale en technologische dienstverlening;

  • Ervaring in het leiden en managen van hoogpresterende teams;

  • Ervaring in het opbouwen van zakelijke netwerken, om de technologische verandering te sturen;

  • Commerciële en operationele ervaring met shared services en outsourcing;

  • Ervaring met succesvolle grote verandertrajecten en projectimplementaties;

  • Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden op alle niveaus;

  • Klantgericht en resultaatgericht;

  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden;

  • Ervaring in een ‘Group’ of multinational omgeving;

  • Ervaring in de food-, retail- en/of dienstensector is vereist;

  • Sterke Engelse schriftelijke en mondelinge vaardigheden;

  • Zelfstarter met een can-do-houding en een strategische focus;

  • Jij hebt het potentieel om binnen 2 jaar deel uit de maken van het leiderschapsteam.
