Vind je het fijn om een gevarieerde en flexibele functie te hebben? Heb je er een hekel aan om elke dag hetzelfde te doen?
Dan is deze functie op je lijf geschreven De ene dag heb je een late dienst en zul je vooral onze gasten voorzien van drankjes in de bar of een heerlijke maaltijd op de kamer. De andere dag assisteer je eerst 2 uurtjes in het ontbijt om vervolgens de check ins te verwelkomen en te voorzien van een welkomstdrankje en hen te helpen met hun bagage. Ook heeft de stad geen geheimen meer voor je en kun je gasten wegwijs maken in Amsterdam.
Er stroomt zeker horeca-bloed door je aderen en je vindt het leuk om het gasten naar hun zin te maken. Je bent een echte teamplayer die het fijn vindt om de diverse afdelingen te ondersteunen waar het op dat moment nodig is.
Kortom: je bent de spin in het web en weet iedereen met elkaar te verbinden en de verwachtingen van onze gasten continue te overtreffen
Je neemt deel aan afdelingsoverleggen en veiligheidstrainingen.
De functie is voor tussen de 16 en 38 uur per week , er wordt ook op weekend- en/of feestdagen gewerkt, shifts vinden plaats tussen 7 en 24.00 uur. Het is dus belangrijk dat je of vlakbij het hotel woont of er gemakkelijk kunt komen met openbaar vervoer of met de fiets.
Je hebt bij voorkeur enige jaren ervaring en je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en/of Engels, bij voorkeur een derde vreemde taal, zoals Frans, Spaans of Duits. Je bent nauwkeurig, flexibel en stressbestendig.Je bent woonachtig in Amsterdam of omgeving en je hebt een nationaliteit van de EU of je hebt een Nederlands vreemdelingendocument waarop staat vermeld 'arbeid vrij toegestaan'. We kunnen geen werkvergunning voor jou aanvragen voor deze functie en in woonruimte kunnen we helaas niet voorzien.
