Recruitment Business Manager

€55,000 - €80,000 basic

Permanent People are pleased to be working alongside a successful Technology Recruitment Business, specialising in Data, Al and Machine Learning.


With a global footprint and excellent reputation to leverage, are client are looking for a strong leader for their Dutch entity.


The role:

You will drive the growth and success of the Amsterdam office. There are two key elements to this position, firstly, managing the current 2 colleagues, supporting with 1-2-1 training to ensure each Recruitment Consultant achieves their full potential.

Secondly, you’ll spearhead the development of existing accounts and strategically build new client across the Netherlands.

With clear growth plans you will have a supportive Management & Talent Acquisition team to ensure the expanding team thrives.

What we’re looking for –

  • At least 4-5 years recruitment experience in the agency recruitment within the Dutch market
  • Must have experience and deep knowledge of secondment/ detaching recruitment processes. Ideally this will be in IT/ Technology, however other sectors will also be considered
  • Fluent Dutch essential, with a strong level of English
  • Previous experience mentoring and managing junior recruiters
  • A strong salesperson who enjoys building new relationships. With the ability to evidence success developing new client partnerships
  • Ability to adapt to change, as this is a growing team
  • Confident and driven individual who enjoys working with others
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attentive, professional and credible
