Je ondersteunt bij het creëren van optimale arbeidsomstandigheden volgens de Risico Inventarisatie & Evaluatie (RI&E) en de Arbowet. Je werkt mee aan creatieve manieren om gezondheid, veiligheid en welzijn binnen het HQ, DC en de winkels te verbeteren, om zo een fijne werkomgeving te creëren. Je zet (eventueel zelfstandig) projecten op m.b.t. veiligheidsbewustzijn en welzijn, afgestemd op de Hunkemöller cultuur. Je ondersteunt bij de organisatie van de BHV voor het HQ, DC en de winkels. Je maakt deel uit van ons Fun, Vital & Happy team, een commissie die zich volledig richt op het organiseren van workshops, sport- en ontspanningssessies en meer op ons hoofdkantoor in Nederland, zodat ons energieniveau hoog blijft en ons hoofd ontspannen. DIT BEN JIJ: 3e of 4e jaars student van een Safety, Facility, International Business of HR gerelateerde studie, binnen je Bachelors of Masters studie (HBO/Universiteit) Beschikbaar voor minimaal 4 dagen per week Je hebt goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands & Engels Je hebt passie voor het welzijn van medewerkers en het werken voor Hunkemöller Jouw manier van werken is te omschrijven als proactief, nauwkeurig en ook in tijden van hogere werkdruk weet je prioriteiten te (willen) leren stellen Toelatingseisen:

Om deze stage te kunne doen, moet je vanaf september 2024 minimaal 5 maanden beschikbaar zijn. Houd er rekening mee dat je sollicitatie alleen in behandeling wordt genomen als je ingeschreven staat bij je school of universiteit voor de volledige duur van je stage.
