The Team

Demand Fulfillment (DF) plays a vital role in the Supply Chain. It serves as the bridge between manufacturing and customers. Our customers are spread across the EMEA region and range from internal distribution centers to external partners such as wholesalers. The team oversees the supply and resolves any potential disruptions efficiently. Acting as a central hub between supply and demand, we ensure a smooth flow of demand from customers to production sites.

The Role

The DF Specialist establishes and nurtures relationships with assigned customers and internal stakeholders like Site Planning, Site Logistics, E2E Planning, Global Logistics, Finance, and Quality.

The DF Specialist serves as the main point of contact for customers, managing forecast, order, supply coordination, and inventory management. The goal is to achieve maximum customer satisfaction at optimal costs, ensuring top-notch supply chain performance in adherence to established protocols.

Additionally, leveraging solid SCM expertise, the DF Specialist plays a pivotal role in supply constraint resolution, data analysis, continuous enhancement, projects, training, and mentoring.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • ACCOUNT & COMMUNICATION:
    • Being the primary contact for internal HH customers or external B2B customers regarding demand and supply
    • Ensuring clear communication with customers and process stakeholders
    • Leading Market/Customer Tier 2 meetings and contributing to the S&OP process
  • DEMAND:
    • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders and forecasts
    • Coordinating with supply chain stakeholders on significant demand events
  • SUPPLY:
    • Coordinating supply activities for compliant and timely product delivery
    • Identifying and resolving supply issues, supporting remediation at a higher level
    • Participating in Supply Tier 1-4 meetings
  • INVENTORY:
    • Monitoring inventory levels, identifying risks, and conducting root cause analysis
    • Addressing inventory concerns and disputes
    • Implementing appropriate steps based on guidelines
  • REPORTING:
    • Managing and enhancing standard reporting on demand, supply, master data, and inventory
  • PROCESS, QUALITY & COMPLIANCE:
    • Conducting activities in a compliant manner and providing audit support
    • Participating in continuous improvement projects
  • ORGANIZATION & PROJECTS:
    • Contributing to projects, training, and coaching other DF Specialists
Your Profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, Logistics, Planning, Procurement, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical skills for independent problem-solving
  • Proactive mindset with good communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP and Rapid Response
  • Familiarity with GxP environments and stakeholder management
  • Business acumen, attention to detail, and ability to see the bigger picture
