We're currently on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join us as a Warehouse Operations Specialist in our Haarlem location.

The team

Our Supply Chain team plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless inventory availability for our patients. Collaborating with various departments, we craft robust demand and supply plans to guarantee timely and quality product delivery.

The Warehouse Operations Specialist will be part of the Regional Logistics team overseeing product distribution across the EMEA region, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.

The role

As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will serve as the primary link between the 3PL and our organization on operational matters, also supporting the Supply Chain Senior Specialist when required.

Main responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily/monthly inventory controls;
  • Coordinate stock counting processes;
  • Manage quality notifications and deviations;
  • Collaborate with 3PL to resolve issues;
  • Ensure proper management of day-to-day operations;
  • Facilitate the dangerous goods process when necessary;
  • Initiate Change Notifications for process modifications;
  • Monitor the destruction process;

What you offer

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Economics;
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role;
  • Knowledge of SAP or Power BI is advantageous;
  • Proficiency in Excel and English, Dutch is a plus;
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently;
  • Customer-centric mindset and solution-driven approach;
  • Excellent collaboration and analytical skills;
  • Drive for continuous improvement;
