Pharmaceutical Specialist

Binnen de Global Logistics organisatie draait alles om een compliant, efficiënt, logistiek proces. Hierbij zijn inbound, goederen controle, sample taking, pick/pack, storage en outbound nauw op elkaar afgesteld. De logistieke organisatie bestaat uit 120 medewerkers waaronder een team van 7 Managers Logistics.

Over de functie

Als Pharmaceutical Specialist op de productieafdeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van het proces van het ontvangst, opslag en verzenden van geneesmiddelen. Wanneer de operators een kwaliteitsafwijking in het proces tegenkomen komt die bij jou terecht. Je beoordeelt als eerste de ernst van de fout en overlegt met de kwaliteitsafdeling indien nodig. Bij een afwijking breng je een advies uit aan de Manager Operations of het proces kan worden hervat en of de batch / verpakkingen nog gebruikt kunnen worden.

Daarnaast controleer je of het hele proces aan alle wet- en regelgeving voldoet (o.a. GMP/GDP). Wanneer er een inspectie (audit) vanuit de kwaliteitsafdeling, leverancier of overheid komt, zorg je dat die goed verloopt. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en reviewen van documentatie voor GMP/GDP-gerelateerde zaken. Jij bent de vraagbaak voor de afdeling op het gebied van GMP en kwaliteitszaken. Je voert samen met de andere PS-en de GMP/GDP-strategie voor de afdeling uit. Daarnaast houd je je ook bezig met onderzoek naar klachten uit de markt en change control.

Primaire verantwoordelijkheden
  • Adviseren van de afdeling Global logistics over compliance-, quality en farmaceutisch-technisch gerelateerde onderwerpen.
  • Het evalueren van de consequenties van externe guidelines, als ook het initiëren en ontwikkelen van farmaceutisch beleid en procedures.
  • Het goedkeuren van afwijkingen op procedures en beleidslijnen en het autoriseren van GMP-documentatie.
  • Het adviseren ten aanzien van GMP-inspecties.
  • Het leiden van en het inhoudelijk bijdragen aan onderzoek in geval van non-standaard, complexe of hoge-impact kwaliteitsissues, gebaseerd op jouw farmaceutische expertise en analyses.
  • Het uitvoeren van validatiestudies waaronder cleaning validatie.
  • Formuleren van voorstellen/business cases voor kwaliteitsverbetering projecten inclusief deliverables en planning.
  • Adviseren van de afdeling bij correctieve en preventieve maatregelen (CAPA's) naar aanleiding van geconstateerde afwijkingen.
Jouw profiel
  • Je beschikt over een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in een relevant studiegebied.
  • Tenminste 1 à 2 jaar ervaring met farmaceutisch technische aspecten, GMP-processen en/of Packaging Technology.
  • Ervaring met transport en opslag is een pre.
  • Je bent flexibel en ziet een uitdaging in het werken in een dynamische logistieke omgeving.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en schrift.
