Financial Manager at Multilease

Are you a Financial Manager who is not afraid to take the lead and motivate the team to achieve new goals? Multilease is looking for someone who can distinguish between essentials and peripheral and smoothly switch between details and broader strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial administration and reporting.
  • Build and lead a team of 10 financial colleagues.
  • Provide sharp analyses to improve business operations.
  • Ensure smooth monthly and yearly closures.
  • Manage debtors, investment requests, and coordinate audits.

Requirements:

  • HBO degree in Finance with leadership experience.
  • Ability to simplify complex matters and focus on results.
  • Proven experience in team management and skill development.
  • Hands-on mentality with attention to detail.
