JOUW ROL

In deze rol als Facility Coördinator ga je in samenwerking met verschillende partijen de facilitaire noden in kaart brengen en krijg je te maken met verschillende facilitaire vraagstukken met als doel het verbeteren van de facilitaire werkzaamheden in onze FVL (Finished Vehicle Logistics) site van CEVA Logistics te Oosterhout.

Je rapporteert aan de site manager in deze rol.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

  • Je bouwt na een analyse een actieplan uit aangepast aan de noden van het bedrijf en volgens de veiligheidsvoorschriften (QHSE), rekening houdend met het budget. Je doet verbeteringsvoorstellen.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor (onderhouds)werkzaamheden op het gebied van o.a. gebouwen, (her)inrichting van werkplekken, inkoop van goederen, leveranciers en security. Je onderhandelt over de offertes met de facilitaire leveranciers.
  • Je signaleert potentiële risico's en overtredingen in en om de gebouwen en ziet toe op veilige werkomstandigheden;
  • Onderhouden van contacten intern en extern over storingen, kwaliteit en veiligheid;
  • Je neemt deel in het onderzoek, voorbereiding en ontwikkeling van investeringsprojecten
  • Je werkt mee aan het voorbereiden van audits en inspecties en aan het implementeren van acties

WAAR ZIJN WIJ NAAR OP ZOEK?

  • Je hebt een hbo denk en werkniveau
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaren relevante werkervaring op facilitair en logistiek gebied, gebouwenbeheer en technisch onderlegd
  • Je hebt kennis van de Arbo-, security- en milieuwetgeving;
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en zoekt actief de samenwerking op met andere afdelingen
  • Je bent hands-on, oplossingsgericht en hebt een servicegerichte instelling
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Engels is nice to have
