Wat ga je doen als Production Support Administrator?

Als Production Support Administrator verwerk je zaadproductie planningen in ons ERP-systeem en zorg je voor tijdige en juiste teeltinformatie. Je bent de administratieve rechterhand van de Seed Production Specialist en ondersteunt bij het opstellen, versturen en het tijdig opvolgen en archiveren van contracten naar producenten. Tevens ben je verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen van diverse rapportages voor de Seed Production Specialist.

Je hoofdtaken zijn:

het aanmaken van productiecontracten in een ERP-systeem;het opstellen van contracten en instructies voor de producenten;het verzorgen van rapportages voor de Seed Production Specialist; het monitoren van lopende producties en ontvangsten; het verwerken van verscheidene teeltinformatie in diverse systemen.Het team

Het Production Support team, onderdeel van de afdeling Seed Production, bestaat uit acht collega's. Het team staat klaar om jou zo goed mogelijk te ondersteunen, zodat je snel bekend bent met de gevraagde werkzaamheden. Jouw kracht

Je werkt accuraat en bent cijfermatig sterk. Omdat je alles gestructureerd en secuur vastlegt, kan iedereen de benodigde gegevens terugvinden en erop vertrouwen dat het klopt. Je wacht niet af en pakt zelfstandig werkzaamheden op. Je stemt je werk af met het team en bent duidelijk in je communicatie. Je bent bij voorkeur fulltime, maar minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar.

Kortom, jij hebt:

minimaal een afgeronde mbo-opleiding;minimaal 2 jaar administratieve werkervaring en affiniteit met de groene sector;ervaring met het werken met een ERP-systeem en met Excel; goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
