About this role:As a Project Manager: System development, you will have the opportunity to grow Scoober by leading the implementation of innovative technological solutions across multiple departments. In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand the needs of the business, develop project plans, and manage resources to deliver high-impact projects that drive the company's technological evolution.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Engage with department heads and key stakeholders to identify technological needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the potential impact of proposed technology projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Oversee the development, testing and deployment of new systems.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Design and implement change management strategies.
- Monitor and report on project progress, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for enhancement.
- 2+ years' experience working in an IT project management capacity;
- Bachelor's Degree. A Master's Degree is preferable, but not essential;
- Experience in Conversational AI and process automation is an advantage;
- A structured, goal-oriented mindset and the ability to be a valuable team player;
- Confident working in a fast-paced, ever-changing and competitive industry;
- Able and willing to travel as part of the role;
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
