Bij ING streven we ernaar de beste mobiele bank van het continent te worden. De Tribe Digital, Assisted & Customer Interactions is daarbij verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de digitale verkoopdoelstellingen en voor het verzorgen en verbeteren van alle digitale interacties met klanten. Daarnaast zorgen we er met meer dan 70 data analisten en data scientists voordat we de transitie naar een volledig data-gedreven organisatie versnellen.

Jij start binnen 'Personalisatie'.

Dit is een analytics team met 4 data analisten en 2 customer journey experts. Samen zorgen zij ervoor dat klanten een gepersonaliseerde beleving in de ING bankieren app hebben. Binnen het team vervul jij een rol die op het snijvlak van data analist en customer journey expert ligt. Je zal het bedrijf ingaan en kansen spotten om met analytics oplossingen, het creëren, onderhouden en aanbieden van digitale personalisatie makkelijker te maken voor je collega's. Je ziet waar de behoeften van je collega's liggen, weet die te vertalen naar analytics producten en werkt mee aan de bouw en implementatie daarvan. Daarvoor is nauwe samenwerking met IT en de business cruciaal. Je bent dus ongeveer de helft van je tijd consultancy werkzaamheden aan het doen en de andere helft van je tijd data analisten werk.

Als je je na een paar jaar bij 'personalisatie' op een andere plek binnen het bedrijf verder wil ontwikkelen binnen het bedrijf als senior data analist, dan zijn daar volop mogelijkheden voor. We nemen je aan als data analist en je komt daarmee in de poule van 70 data analisten die we uitzenden over het bedrijf.

Naar wie zijn we op zoek?

We zijn op zoek naar een door de wol geverfde data analist, met affiniteit met IT, die het leuk vindt om naast het technische werk ook interne consultancy werkzaamheden op te pakken. Je bent een echte innovator en in staat om een paar stappen verder door te denken dan anderen. Je weet structurele analytics oplossingen te bedenken voor complexe problemen en snapt ook hoe je deze ideeën kunt omzetten naar praktische implementatie.

Who are we?

At ING, we aim to become the best mobile-led bank on the continent. The Tribe Digital, Assisted & Customer Interactions is responsible for achieving the digital sales objectives and for enhancing all digital interactions with customers. Additionally 70 data analysts and scientists work to accelerate our transition to a fully data-driven organization.

You will join the 'Personalization' team which consists of 4 data analysts and 2 customer journey experts. Together, they ensure a personalized experience for customers in the ING banking app. Your role will blend data analysis and customer journey expertise. You will identify opportunities to simplify digital personalization for colleagues using analytics solutions, translating their needs into analytics solutions and collaborating closely with IT and business teams. Your time will be split between consultancy work and data analysis.

After a few years in 'Personalization, opportunities for further development as a senior data analyst within the company will be available. You will join as a data analyst and be part of the pool of 70 data analysts deployed across the company.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a seasoned data analyst with an affinity for IT who enjoys combining technical work with internal consultancy tasks. You are an innovator, capable of thinking several steps ahead, devising structural analytics solutions for complex problems, and knowing how to implement these ideas practically.

As a data analyst, you:

Have a passion for fact-based decision-making.Identify new solutions and ideas to create impact using data and analysis.Can identify company needs and develop new data products and analytics solutions accordingly.Excel in stakeholder management and can drive others to embrace changes.Experience with Martech or online personalization from an analytics perspective is a plus.
