De Tribe Digital, Assisted & Customer Interactions is daarbij verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de digitale verkoopdoelstellingen en voor het verzorgen en verbeteren van alle digitale interacties met klanten. Daarnaast zorgen we er met meer dan 70 data analisten en data scientists voor dat we de transitie naar een volledig data-gedreven organisatie versnellen. Je komt te werken in een multidisciplinaire team. Dat kan zowel binnen onze eigen tribe zijn, als binnen een van de andere tribes binnen ING Nederland. Elk jaar bepalen we samen met jou waar jouw talent het beste kan worden ingezet. Je kan jaren aan eenzelfde onderwerp of voor een bepaalde productgroep werken, maar krijgt ook de mogelijkheid om je groei te versnellen daar het aangaan van nieuwe uitdagingen.

Naar wie zijn we op zoek?

We zijn op zoek naar een gepassioneerde data analist om ons team te versterken. Je analyseert klantgedrag en vertaalt dit naar concrete inzichten, verbetervoorstellen en campagne selecties.

Als data analist:

Heb je een passie voor fact-based werken en beslissingen maken Genereer je persoonlijke en relevante klantinteracties door het maken van gerichte campagne selecties Heb je een brede interesse in data waaronder het verzamelen, analyseren, experimenteren met en visualiseren van data. Identificeer je nieuwe oplossingen en ideeën om impact te maken met behulp van data en analyses Draag je bij aan het behoud en de voortdurende verbetering van de fact-based cultuur binnen ING Heb jij een passie voor data en ben je klaar om impact te maken? Vind je het leuk om problemen op te lossen en wil je jezelf graag ontwikkelen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou Je competenties en ervaring Je hebt een master op het gebied van analytics, wiskunde of econometrie Je hebt ervaring met querytalen (bijvoorbeeld SQL, SAS), en bij voorkeur ook met dashboardingtools (bijvoorbeeld Cognos, PowerBI) Je bent analytisch sterk en hebt ervaring in het maken van complexe analyses Je kunt data transformeren in inzichten en deze op een begrijpelijke manier presenteren Je hebt een aanpakkersmentaliteit. Je leert graag snel en past nieuwe technieken toe Je bent klantgericht Je kunt goed omgaan met verschillende type stakeholders bijvoorbeeld mede data specialisten, marketeers of risk collega's. Je vraagt actief om hulp en feedback en durft feedback te geven Ervaring met de agile manier van werken is een pré Wat bieden wij jou? We are looking for a passionate data analyst to help improve our service and product offerings. By understanding customer actions, behaviours and product usage, you will deliver high impact and tangible insights. As a data analyst: You are passionate about using data to create impact You generate personal and relevant customer interactions, by doing insightful analyses You have a broad interest in data including: Collecting, analysing, experimenting and visualizing You seize new opportunities to make impact with data and analytics. You contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the fact-based culture within ING Are you addicted to data and ready to make impact? Do you enjoy solving problems and are you eager to develop yourself? Then we are looking for you Your competencies and experience A master's degree in the field of analytics, mathematics or econometrics You have experience with querying languages (e.g., SQL, SAS), and preferably also with dashboarding tools (e.g., Cognos, PowerBI) You are analytically strong and have experience in making analyses and sharing results with impact You are able to transform data into insights, and present them in an understandable way You have a can-do mentality, and you like to quickly learn and apply new techniques You are customer-oriented and have experience in using customer and other data to substantiate your decisions You can manage stakeholders at different levels, including data oriented and business experts You actively ask for help and feedback and you dare to give feedback Experience with the agile way of working is beneficial for this role
