Job description:

As the new Office Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for employees and visitors. You will play a vital role in shaping the experience of the employees of the companies who are located in the office building 2Amsterdam. You will organize all the meeting rooms, visitor badges and packages. You are the connection between the office building and the hotel, so we are looking for a person that is social, sales minded, communicative and loves to organize.

As an INNSiDE Receptionist, you will work alongside a team of passionate individuals providing excellent Service. You will be fully conversant with check-in and check-out procedures with the responsibility to deliver exceptional guest experience by surprising and delighting our guests, whether that's with your local INNSiDER knowledge and energy, or by organizing a personalized surprise for a special occasion.

Within this role you will be the stable person for the office building 2Amsterdam, with the possibility to be scheduled in as a receptionist in the hotel as well.

What will I have to do?

· Welcome tenants, visitors and suppliers

· Organizing/scheduling the meeting rooms

· Creating visitor badges

· Handling packages

· Maintain contact with the security company, suppliers and other companies

· In the office building, you work from Monday to Friday, from 08:00-17:00 but at the front office in the hotel you work in various shifts between 07:00-23:00 and the possibility to have a night shift.

What are we looking for?

· Dutch is a pre

· English is a must

· Previous experience in hospitality

· Enthusiastic, social and communicative person
