Purpose of Role

Under Armour EMEA is seeking a skilled senior professional to join the Sales Planning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing seasonal financial targets and sales plans for specific accounts. By fostering collaborative relationships, the sales planner will help meet sales targets, bring GTM strategies to life, and enhance the retailer's performance.

Your Impact
  • Set & monitor performance against SKU Targets for Account-level assortment
  • Utilize Regional Merchandising expertise for strategic product insights
  • Create and manage Account Group-Level Sales Plans
  • Support Sales in converting plans to bookings
  • Ensure alignment of Sales Plans with Customer Bookings
  • Collaborate with partners to develop sales strategies
  • Contribute to margin strategy
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for financial planning
  • Identify opportunities and risks for financial targets
  • Communicate target adjustment opportunities
Qualifications
  • Strong business acumen in Retail Sales, Margin, Inventory & Service
  • 4-5 years of experience in Sales or Merchandise Planning
  • Demonstrated Planning capabilities
  • Proficiency in Sales Planning best practices
  • Basic understanding of FP&A processes
  • Excel proficiency
  • Ability to present information effectively
  • Sense of urgency and accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or relevant field preferred
Workplace Location
  • Location: Must reside within commuting distance from Amsterdam office
  • Return to Work Designation: Hybrid work (minimum 2 days in-office)
  • Travel: 5-10% of the year
