Purpose of Role

Under Armour EMEA is looking for a Senior DTC Planner to join the Planning team in Amsterdam. This role is perfect for someone who is motivated, passionate, flexible, and focused, eager to be part of a high-performing team.

The primary responsibilities include developing seasonal financial and inventory targets, creating sales plans for our Factory House business, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and margin goals while effectively managing inventory.

Your Impact

Pre-Season Planning:

  • Translate financial and store KPI targets into seasonal plans for store clusters and product categories to support regional growth.
  • Set seasonal line architecture and open-to-buy for the Factory House channel.
  • Manage MFO share and excess inventory to meet revenue and margin targets.
  • Define the plan for seasonal MFO assortments at the product level.
  • Track performance against targets to ensure productivity and market segmentation.
  • Collaborate on new store openings and process enhancements.
  • Coordinate with merchandise partners to align on product strategies.
  • Build and maintain monthly Sales Plans to meet financial targets.
  • Identify opportunities and risks through Sales Plan analysis.
  • Communicate target adjustments as needed.

In-Season Planning & Inventory Management:

  • Guide partners on warehouse volumes to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and adjust inventory levels to meet sales goals.
  • Analyze sell-through and seasonality to optimize replenishment and promotions.
  • Execute key promotional activities in collaboration with retail teams.
  • Support performance analysis and reporting.
  • Coordinate activities to refine the forecast.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must:

  • Have 4+ years of experience in DTC Sales Planning or related fields.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or relevant field.
  • Possess strong retail acumen and communication skills.
  • Build effective cross-functional relationships.
