In de rol van Marketplace Solution Specialist ben je de spil tussen onze Marketplace en de digitale uitdagingen die daarbij komen kijken. Je fungeert als het eerste aanspreekpunt tijdens Mirakl-integraties, waarbij je zorgt voor een soepele en efficiënte implementatie van het platform. Dit betekent dat je verantwoordelijk bent voor het coördineren van nieuwe Mirakl-ontwikkelingen en versies, evenals het implementeren van nieuwe features die bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van ons systeem.

Je bent de vertegenwoordiger van digitale verbeterpunten voor de marketplace, waarbij je zorgt voor het definiëren van zowel problemen als van kansen. Bron van inspiratie put je uit de feedback van verkoop partners, jouw directe collega's en eigen inzicht op gebruikersgemak. Daarnaast volg je partnerissues nauwgezet op en leid je het proces van bug fixes om ervoor te zorgen dat alle digitale problemen snel en effectief worden opgelost. Het onderhouden van het Mirakl-datamodel behoort ook tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden. Dit betekent dat je ervoor zorgt dat de categorisering en bijbehorende attributen altijd up-to-date zijn met de nieuwste versie voor onze assortimenten. Door jouw proactieve aanpak en digitale expertise draag je bij aan de verbetering van onze marketplace en zorg je ervoor dat de processen optimaal functioneren.

Voor deze functie zoeken wij een medewerker met:
  • HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen;
  • Ervaring met API-integraties en digitale ondersteuning;
  • Ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de e-commerce of retailsector;
  • Kennis van Mirakl-platform is een pré;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamspirit.

      Waar ga je werken?
      Verdeeld over drie landen werken ruim 7.000 medewerkers voor de Maxeda DIY Group. We hebben 339 winkels en ontvangen wekelijks meer dan anderhalf miljoen klanten. Bij Maxeda maken onze medewerkers het verschil, waardoor onze gewaardeerde klanten centraal staan. De doe-het-zelvers. Ook wel 'makers' genoemd. Dat maken vinden wij bijzonder. Of je iets repareert of iets nieuws creëert; wat je zelf hebt gemaakt geeft doorgaans voldoening. Wij zijn ervan overtuigd dat iedereen kan maken.       Binnen het marketplace team werk je samen met business development, marketplace specialisten, de IT specialist, het retail media team en de account managers.
