We are looking for you; a dedicated, fun colleague to service our clients on all their Cash Management related topics.

The position you're applying for

As Cash Management (CM) Sales Executive, you will initiate sales opportunities for our cash management products to clients in scope of BNP Paribas the Netherlands with a specific additional focus on PSP, Fintech and start-ups. You will build a strong pipeline and convert these into wins. The CM Sales Executive provides technical and commercial assistance to the Client Coverage teams and ensures the Relationship Managers are sufficiently trained to enable them to recognize and discuss cash management opportunities.

Your responsibilities

Commercial action plan:

Develop and implement the annual commercial action plan for the cash management portfolio under management, in close cooperation with the Relationship Managers, to ensure increase of share of wallet and client retention.

Client and product skills:

Strive for a comprehensive understanding of cash management issues, client routines and behaviour, to ensure best cash management solutions and cost efficiency to both clients and the bank;

Cash management market representation:

Initiate marketing related actions or communication to promote cash management product offering locally; represent BNP Paribas in inter-bank groups or associations in relation with cash management;

· A fulltime job; 40 hours a week

· Competitive compensation including 13th month and holiday allowance

· Participation in the discretionary bonus scheme

· A contribution to your pension (full employer contribution)

· Home working (50%)

· A net home working allowance plus internet allowance

· Car allowance or lease car via our Arval entity

· holidays per year and the possibility to buy holiday hours
