UWV is zoekt een technical lead ontwikkelaar C# voor project Pulse

Achtergrond
UWV is voor een deel van haar dienstverlening ten aanzien van de Arbeidsongeschiktheid Wetgeving (AW) afhankelijk van de applicatie genaamd "ResaFasa". Het programma Nexus werkt aan de continuïteit van systemen die essentieel zijn voor een vitale sociale infrastructuur in Nederland: COBOL-programmatuur uit de jaren 80 die de uitkeringen in het kader van de AW en WW verzorgt.
Het project Pulse is verantwoordelijk het herbouwen van de AW-applicatie ResaFasa naar een toekomst vaste ontwikkeltaal en platform.

Voor dit project is UWV op zoek naar een technical lead ontwikkelaar C# die:

  • Concrete ervaring heeft om richting te geven aan een ontwikkelteam dat iedere sprint werkende software naar productie moet brengen,
  • als technisch leider in staat is om zijn/haar team op sleeptouw te nemen en, wanneer nodig, gedragen besluiten te nemen,
  • gewend is om met zijn omgeving te communiceren en besluiten uit te leggen en draagvlak te creëren,
  • conflict situaties in een team kan voorkomen en oplossen als ze zich toch voordoen,
  • er zorg voor draagt dat zijn/haar team continu verbetert en het beste uit het team naar boven haalt en
  • er voldoening in schept om met zijn/haar team software van de allerbeste kwaliteit op te leveren.

Werkzaamheden:

  • Het leidinggeven, opleiden en coachen van één ontwikkelteam
  • Opleiden interne UWV ontwikkelaar(s)
  • Het leveren van een set aan representatieve functies ResaFasa in .NET
  • Het opzetten en inrichten van een geautomatiseerde testset
  • Het opzetten en inrichten van een ontwikkelplatform in Azure public cloud
  • Het opzetten en inrichten de CI/CD straat
Functie-eisen

De perfecte kandidaat voldoet aan de volgende wensen en eisen:

  • Universitair of HBO geschoold, bij voorkeur ICT. (eis)
  • Minimaal 10+ jaar ervaring als software engineer.
  • Minimaal 5+ jaar hands-on ervaring met Kubernetes/Docker.(eis)
  • Minimaal 5+ jaar ervaring met het (inhoudelijk) leidinggeven aan één of meer ontwikkelteams.
  • Aantoonbare recente ervaring in C# (minimaal meer dan 10 jaar).(eis)
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met agile werken.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het coachen van teams, het geven van presentaties, workshops en/of trainingen.
