Customer Engagement Manager binnen het vaccins team (Zuid-Oost Nederland)


Doel van de funtie
Customer Engagement Managers zijn verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van klantenbinding ten behoeve van patientenzorgverbetering. De Customer Engagement Managers identificeren op basis van relevante data en kennis van de markt de klanten en accounts met het grootste potentieel en zij bepalen op strategische manier het eigen marktgebied. Aan de hand van deze uitkomsten wordt bepaald welke klanten en accounts er worden benaderd en op welke manier.


Verantwoordelijkheden

Als Customer Engagement Manager draag je bij aan optimale patiëntenzorgverbetering en ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • De identificatie van huidige en potentiële nieuwe klanten en accounts.
  • Het continu herzien en verbeteren van campagnes op basis van gegevens, analyses en experimentresultaten.
  • De uitvoering van activiteiten op basis van een strategisch omnichannel engagementtraject.
  • Het verwoorden van de stem van de klant tijdens SCRUM meetings en je speelt een actieve rol bij het formuleren van diverse hypothesen.
  • Initieel denken, plannen en analyseren van gepersonaliseerde customer journeys klantreis en uitvoering van omnichannel-campagnes.
  • Het proactief gebruiken van data en analyses om de klantbetrokkenheid te verbeteren.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een Bachelor/Master diploma.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands en Engels
  • Je bent expert in accountbeheer bij voorkeur in de beschreven gebieden.
  • Je bent bekend met virtueel en remote benadering van werken en een expert in fysieke klantbezoeken.
  • Je hebt relevante kennis van de farmaceutische markt.
  • Je beweegt flexibel en veerkrachtig mee in een steeds uitdagendere omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over relevante kennis van digitale mogelijkheden en het gebruik hiervan.
