Ben je communicatief vaardig? Hou je van doorpakken? En werk je zorgvuldig? Dan zoeken wij jou Andere eisen voor deze functie zijn het volgende:

  • Een voltooide hbo-opleiding in HRM of minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol;
  • Goede computervaardigheden met Excel en Word, bij voorkeur ook ervaring met AFAS Online;
  • Kennis van recruitment en de Wet Verbetering Poortwachter;
  • Kennis van sociale wetgeving en arbeidsrecht.
wat ga je doen

Als HR Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor diverse taken. Waaronder:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor personeelsadministratie en opvolging van HR-gerelateerde zaken;
  • Beheren van verzuimdossiers en uitvoeren van verzuimgerelateerde taken.
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij recruitmentprocessen;
  • Samenwerken met HR Adviseur en collega's voor vragen en advies;
  • Onderhouden van een efficiënte samenwerkingsrelatie met externe partijen;
  • Bijdragen aan een positieve werkomgeving en integratie van nieuwe werknemers.
