Dit doen we vanuit onze alarmcentrales en de ondersteunende afdelingen.
Wereldwijd bevindt Securitas in de transitiefase naar een volwaardige Solutions organisatie. Hierbij bieden we vanuit verschillende disciplines een totale beveiligingsoplossing aan onze klanten. Het SOC krijgt een steeds belangrijkere rol in het faciliteren van de Securitas Solutions organisatie. Daarnaast neemt het SOC een centrale plek in binnen de Securitas propositie waar informatie en (beveiliging-) dienstverlening op afstand centraal staan.
Als Directeur SOC wordt hierin een belangrijke bijdrage van jou verwacht. Naast (dagelijks) operations management, verdere ontwikkeling van de SOC-strategie en propositie, draag je ook bij aan de transitie naar een succesvolle Solutions organisatie.
Je bent onderdeel van het directieteam en geeft leiding aan het SOC Management Team, je ondersteunt hen in de dagelijkse operatie en in ambitie. Je enthousiasmeert en motiveert het team om doelen te realiseren en werkt constructief aan de leiderschapsontwikkeling van het team. Daarnaast zorg jij voor het optimaliseren van processen aan zowel de operationele als de commerciële kant. Je hebt een scherp oog voor behalen van servicelevels, efficiëntie en rentabiliteit. Je beschikt over een helicopterview en bent een procesdenker. Je signaleert verbeterpunten, borgt de operationele kwaliteit en draagt bij aan vooruitgang en innovatie.
- Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen en coachen van een groter operationeel team medewerkers) binnen bijvoorbeeld de klant contact center, logistieke of securitybranche. Je voelt je fijn in een uitdagende dienstverlenende omgeving met een sterke focus op (kritische) klantbeleving.
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld, kostenbewust, en kan beslissingen nemen met de P&L als voornaamste instrument. Je hebt ruime ervaring met het opstellen en beheren van budgetten.
- Je hebt een bewezen trackrecord in het optimaal op elkaar afstemmen van capaciteit, systemen en personeel vanuit strategisch, tactisch en operationeel perspectief.
- Als People manager sta je tussen je medewerkers en zie je deze rol niet alleen als een job, maar als een verantwoordelijkheid. Je toont je betrokkenheid door geregeld aanwezig te zijn op onze locaties in Amsterdam en Geldrop, je medewerkers te stimuleren en te enthousiasmeren.
- Je hecht veel belang aan een goede voeling met wat er leeft bij onze klanten, Je onderhoudt een goede relatie met enkele van onze strategische accounts.
- Je hebt een stevig aandeel in business development teneinde onze strategische en commerciële doelen voor de Solutions organisatie waar te maken. Hiervoor neem je initiatief en zoek je de samenwerking met je matrix partners en ben je geregeld op onze hoofdkantoor in Breukelen.
- In jouw loopbaan was je al betrokken bij change management of transformatieprojecten, zoals procesautomatisering of digitalisering van klantcommunicatie.
- Je hebt goede kennis van het Engels en beweegt je gemakkelijk in een internationale, grotere organisatie.
- Je bent HBO of academisch opgeleid en je hebt ambitie en energie om actief mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei van het SOC
