Senior Support Account Manager

Role:

ServiceNow is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Support Account Managers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction for our key clients. As a Support Account Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer issues effectively.

As a SAM, you will provide personalized support for our strategic customers, acting as a central contact point for all their support needs. You will be responsible for both proactive and reactive services, ensuring timely resolution of customer cases and issues. A SAM needs to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.

What you will do in this position:

  • Use cutting-edge software tools to anticipate and address service issues proactively.
  • Understand the customer's business challenges and IT setup to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Explain the benefits of ServiceNow solutions to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and uphold ServiceNow's reputation.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to advance the partnership.
  • Ensure prompt communication through regular updates and meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and ServiceNow for necessary updates and requirements.
  • Manage performance against service level agreements and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify trends and work with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Address and prioritize customer issues effectively.
  • Handle critical business issues as they arise.

Requirements for the role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-tech environment, particularly in supporting large IT organizations with global deployments. Skills in support management, project management, and problem-solving are essential for success in this position.

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in French or Italian
  • Experience in account management
  • Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL processes
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Global collaboration skills
  • Technical understanding of cloud software
  • Embrace growth and collaboration

Relevant experience in ServiceNow, technical support, international settings, and project management are advantageous.
