Help jij ons op risicomanagement het ideale plaatje te bereiken?

Als Operationeel Risk Manager bij de afdeling Legal Risk & Compliance (LR&C) adviseer en begeleid je Robidus bij het uitvoeren van risicomanagement. We zetten risicomanagement in om strategische besluiten te onderbouwen maar ook om de beheersing van de interne organisatie in goede banen te leiden. Hiermee voldoen we aan de continu veranderende wet- en regelgeving. Je adviseert je collega's over de inrichting en effectiviteit van risicobeheersing en je bent een sparringpartner voor zowel de uitvoerende collega's als het hoger management. Werken bij Robidus betekent dat je zelf ook met je voeten in de klei blijft staan. Je bent dus een gedeelte uitvoerend bezig en dat is leuk: de lijnen zijn hierdoor kort en je ziet snel waar er nog hulp nodig is binnen de organisatie om naar een hoger en zelfstandig niveau te komen op het gebied van risicomanagement.

Waar kom je te werken?

Het team bestaat uit vier enthousiaste medewerkers en we zoeken een vijfde collega om het team te versterken. Je rapporteert aan de teamleider Legal, Risk en Compliance. Robidus heeft kantoren in Zaandam en Breukelen. Je standplaats wordt Zaandam, maar deels thuiswerken behoort ook tot de mogelijkheden.

Het naar een hoger niveau brengen van de bestaande 3-lines of defense
Uitvoeren van het jaarplan voor risicomanagement
Bijhouden en actualiseren van het risicoraamwerk
Coördineren van de interne controles
Monitoren en sturen van de risicomanagementcyclus
Opstellen en onderhouden van beleidsstukken op het gebied van risicomanagement
Vernieuwen risicorapportages en dashboards zodat risicomanagement een sleutelrol in het besluitvormingsproces heeft
Verzorgen van trainingen op het gebied van risicomanagement aan de eerste lijn
Coördineren van externe audits ten behoeve van de ISAE 3000 rapportage
Zorgdragen voor de implementatie van GRC-software

Wat maakt deze functie leuk?

Als Operationeel Risk Manager werk je in een diverse en stimulerende omgeving. Je adviseert en begeleidt de verschillende afdelingen binnen Robidus. Je monitort de uitvoering van de risicomanagementcyclus en geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd advies over procesverbeteringen. De functie biedt een uitdaging om efficiëntieverbeteringen te identificeren en zelfstandig verbeterprojecten op te starten. Robidus is een ondernemende, snelgroeiende organisatie. Risicomanagement groeit daarin mee en heeft een centrale rol in beheersing en besluitvorming. Jij zit zelf aan het stuur om ook jouw rol mee te laten groeien met de rest van de organisatie. Als afdeling LR&C willen wij ons vakgebied ook leuker maken. We organiseren bijvoorbeeld elk jaar een Compliance-week, verbinden daar wedstrijdelementen en interactieve spellen aan en natuurlijk sluiten we die week op een leuke manier samen met alle collega's af.

Jij bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor je eigen loopbaan

Vanuit de mogelijkheden van ons inhouse opleidingsplatform 'RobiSchool' heb jij de tools om volop aan je skills en aan je persoonlijke ontwikkeling te werken. Hiervoor heb je jaarlijks een vast bedrag van € 200 beschikbaar. Naast vakkennis en andere vaardigheden is het ook belangrijk om fit en vitaal te blijven. Zowel fysiek als mentaal. Vanuit ons vitaliteits- en welzijnsprogramma 'RoBeFit' begrijp jij hoe je betere leefstijlkeuzes maakt.
