The Group Tax & Customs function are focused on supporting all areas of the business with growth plans and day-to-day operations, along with meeting our tax compliance obligations. The team have people based in the UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Poland, China, Korea and the US.

As our Head of Transfer Pricing, you will be responsible for our global transfer pricing strategy, operational implementation and compliance. Leading a team of 3 other transfer pricing specialists you will work with other tax, finance, and business professionals and manage our external advisors to set and deliver Dyson's transfer pricing strategy. This includes:
The development and implementation of our global transfer pricing policies including governance framework for key processes, priorities, and management of resources.
Leading the Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) and Advanced Pricing Agreement (APA) strategy, including overseeing associated negotiations.
Monitoring business changes, identifying and implementing associated updates in transfer pricing policies and procedures including identifying opportunities for process
improvement/automation.
Overseeing the operational implementation of related party transactions including finished goods pricing, service fees and other charges
Leading the team managing transfer pricing aspects of tax authority audits.
Monitoring changes in transfer pricing rules globally and overseeing the implementation of global transfer pricing compliance including master file and local file compliance.
Educated to degree level or equivalent; with an accounting and/or tax qualification.
Strong technical and operational TP experience gained in house or a combination of in-house and in practice.
An excellent verbal and written communicator.
Proven ability to build relationships across the business, lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, ever-changing environment.
