This position is part of the leadership team of the House of E-Commerce and Partnerships, reporting to the SVP. Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Shape and own the Solar & Batteries category strategy and performance targets.
E-commerce Execution: Lead the e-commerce strategy, focusing on revenue, margins, and product management.
Partnerships: Build and manage strategic partnerships with Solar companies and Battery manufacturers.
Energy & VPP: Oversee energy market strategies and Virtual Power Plants (VPP) integration.
Collaboration: Work across departments to align efforts and achieve goals.
Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation.
Experiences:
Extensive experience in category leadership, sales, business development, or marketing.
Deep knowledge of the Solar and Batteries industry.
Proven experience in e-commerce strategies and partnership development.
Strong understanding of energy markets and VPP integration.
Competencies:
