Functie

Samen met een team van energieke en commercieel gedreven professionals ga je dagelijks bijdragen aan het succes van één van de snelst groeiende spelers in de markt van personele dienstverlening. Als Reporting & Consolidation Controller bij de HeadFirst Group verzorg jij de financiële consolidatie van al onze entiteiten en de ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt van de CFO waar het aankomt op IFRS / Local GAAP onderwerpen. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de totstandkoming van het financiële resultaat van de group en bewaakt de convenanten. Je signaleert verbeterpunten in het proces (Learn Everyday)en zoekt de samenwerking op met collega's van andere afdelingen (Connecting People). Ook zet je de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening op de eerste plaats (Customer First). Jij streeft ernaar om iedere dag weer boven jezelf uit te stijgen. De afdeling is constant in ontwikkeling en jij groeit mee.

Functie-eisen

Ter versterking van het team zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en proactieve reporting & consolidation controller die een expert is op het gebied van consolidaties, IFRS en Tax. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor interne controles encoördineert het jaarrekening proces. Daarbij onderhoudt je contact met de externe auditor. Ook ondersteun je de CFO in het contact met investeerders en relevante partijen.

Jouw belangrijkste eindproducten zijn;

  • Consolidaties van de financiële rapportages van alle entiteiten;
  • Periodieke rapportages, P&L, Balans en Cashflow statements;
  • Gevraagd en ongevraagd adviseren op het gebied van (complexe)accounting onderwerpen (IFRS);
  • Coördineren van de totstandkoming van de geconsolideerdejaarrekening;
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt van de externe auditor;
  • Opstellen, reviewen en bewaren van position papers;
  • Opstellen van rapportages aan investeerders;
  • Rapporteren over convenanten;
  • Beheer van het consolidatie systeem (Lucanet).

    Wij zijn op zoek naar een collega die met een hoge mate van accuratesse werkt, de gestelde deadlines bewaakt, en een betrouwbare vraagbaak is voor hetfinanciële team.
