Job Description

Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Be the main contact for customers regarding ServiceNow's Expert and Success Services
  • Lead engagement negotiations, ensuring all legal and operational factors are considered to mitigate risks for ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with license and solution sales teams to position Expert and Success services effectively on designated accounts, whether through ServiceNow staff, partners, or a combination
  • Develop plans for deploying the full array of licensed products, not just those needed initially
  • Identify additional business opportunities within designated accounts after the initial license sale to expand ServiceNow product licensing
  • Encourage clients to provide references as part of the process
  • Exceed sales quotas for services
  • Ensure smooth transition to the Delivery team through detailed briefings and handovers
  • Create business development strategies for accounts with low satisfaction, adoption, or upgrade needs
  • Ensure each proposal for Expert and Success services is structured for successful delivery, on time and within budget
  • Maximize client satisfaction by drafting proposals that align with project success
  • Obtain service references to strengthen credibility
  • Structure services contracts for timely revenue recognition with minimal revenue risks
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Background in selling professional services and solutions in the software (SaaS) industry
  • Experience in consultative sales is a must
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships, engaging effectively with core teams and clients
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with a deep understanding of cloud application technology and trends
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and success metrics
  • Aptitude for segmenting account lists and allocating resources efficiently
  • Strong teamwork skills for managing challenging conversations and meetings with stakeholders
  • Blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution with intellectual agility
  • Focus on ownership, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Dutch language
