About the RoleAs a Strategic Account Executive, you will be instrumental in shaping and expanding our global portfolio and sales strategy. Your focus will be on driving growth within targeted Retail Pharmacy, HealthIT, and payer customers. You will lead the sales process and oversee cross-functional teams, taking charge of our Enterprise Portfolio to develop strategies that cater to the short and long-term needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification, exploration, and analysis of new opportunities within assigned strategic accounts.
  • Take ownership of engagements and keep key internal stakeholders informed to propel the sales process forward.
  • Provide guidance to senior leadership, sales team, and support structure to ensure cohesive communication and collaboration.
  • Drive enhancements in engagement numbers to strengthen our overall business approach and increase closure opportunities.
  • Educate senior leadership on industry trends and initiatives while championing our value-based selling messaging.
  • Develop strong relationships with C-Level executives, team members, and stakeholders to ensure successful sales outcomes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise and experience in the North American healthcare industry.
  • Possess a certified secondary education from an accredited institution or university.
  • Proven track record in direct and Enterprise sales, closing multi-product, multi-year enterprise sales agreements with Commercial Healthcare Organizations.
  • Thorough understanding of industry trends, commercial business models, enterprise deal structures, and contract negotiations.
  • Ability to manage complex executive sales processes and maintain relationships with C-Level decision makers.
  • Aptitude to collaborate with cross-channel and functional teams and motivate them effectively.
  • Willingness to travel to regional customers, approximately 30% of the working time.
