  • You have previously done similar work as a logistics coordinator, team leader, etc
  • You have good communication skills and know how to motivate and enthuse the team in the right way
  • Working in a 5-shift system is no problem for you. The following 3 shifts: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM and from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

what will you do

You work as a logistics coordinator in the distribution center and provide GXO Lelystad customers with the right products. Various clothing stores order their stock here. You are also responsible for the operational management of a team consisting mainly of order pickers in the warehouse. You will be involved in, among other things, the following activities:

  • You are responsible for the progress of the operational process. Consider the following work processes: picking, packing, scanning, wrapping, counting products or other tasks.
  • You assign tasks and monitor the progress of work for accuracy.
  • You monitor the quality of the processes, policies and compliance with procedures within GXO.
  • Training new team members and supporting their adjustment and integration into the role.
