**About the function**:
We are looking for a driven Warehouse Coordinator to strengthen our team. As a Warehouse Coordinator you are responsible for efficiently managing the warehouse and ensuring a smooth logistics operation. Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the progress of the operational process (picking, packing, scanning, wrapping, counting products, etc.)
- Assigns tasks and monitors work completion for accuracy
- Training new team members and supporting their adjustment and integration into the role while maintaining understanding of processes, policies and procedures
- Maintains a safe work environment and promotes positive team dynamics, resolving employee relations issues and taking corrective action as necessary
- Participate in Lean Warehousing system on the floor
- Communicating with the warehouse manager about developments and order status
- You work with various warehouse systems such as SAP and WMS

You will work in 3 shifts, including weekends.
- 07:00-16:00
- 14:30-23:30
- 22:00-7:00

**What we need**:

- MBO working and thinking level
- 2 years of experience in a logistics environment and 1 year as a team leader
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of English, spoken and written
- Knowledge of logistics systems and software

**What we offer**:

- The wage is € 15.27 gross per hour
- 125% surcharge between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM
- 135% surcharge between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM
- 145% surcharge between 24:00 and 06:00
- 150% surcharge for work on Saturday
- 200% surcharge for work on Sundays and public holidays
- Travel allowance €0.23 per km, maximum €8.05 per day
