As a B2B Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our B2B operations in the Netherlands. Your entrepreneurial spirit will be key in driving commercial initiatives, securing strategic partnerships, developing and leading a talented sales team. Your primary mission? To make a significant impact with our SaaS solutions, and drive substantial growth in B2B revenue within B2B.
As a B2B Sales Manager, you will have the autonomy to make impactful decisions, with the backing of a collaborative international team.
Your background:
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving growth and exploring new opportunities. You have a proven track record in direct and/or indirect sales within a B2B context. You have people leadership experience, with a strong ability to develop and coach your team You have a results oriented mindset, focused on achieving targets and driving sales performance. You have analytical capability and a data-driven methodology to make informed business decisions. You have a quality-driven approach, ensuring high standards in sales processes and customer interactions. You are naturally collaborative as a person, with great interpersonal skills, have good stakeholder management skills and act with humility. You have experience in a multinational environment, working with people from multiple countries and multiple cultural backgrounds You speak Dutch and English fluently.You will contribute and make an impact in many ways:
Budget and target setting responsibility for your market. Manage local b2b partnerships Develop and recruit B2B inside Sales Representatives through recruitment, onboarding, and coaching Build a strong sales culture that aligns with EasyPark's values: Be Curious, Play together, Inch by Inch. Maximize our net growth in numbers and revenue by implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives and delivering on established KPIs. Ensure the usage of our CRM system, sales process, and methodology to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate closely with the international sales team of European sales managers and other EasyPark functions.We believe in providing our employees with a supportive and inclusive work environment so as a B2B Sales Manager, you will have the autonomy to make decisions and drive your team towards success while benefiting from the collaboration and expertise of our international sales team.
