About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team at THORA B.V. in Amsterdam. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our luxury health and wellness electronics business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Key Growth Sales Tactics: Create and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Achieve ROI and KPIs: Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Market Trends: Conduct market research and stay current on industry trends, consumer behaviors, and product research to inform sales strategies.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with luxury brand customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Partner with Distributors and Customers: Collaborate with distributors and international customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Communicate Value Proposition: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our luxury health and wellness electronics to customers and stakeholders.
  • Drive Business Development: Establish business development and sales strategies for global markets to drive revenue growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and business development of luxury consumer electronics and accessories.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Experience in conducting market research and developing sales strategies for luxury consumer electronics and accessories in global markets.
  • Fluency in English: Fluency in English with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
  • Valid Dutch Working Permit: Must have a valid Dutch working permit.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to tradeshows in the US, EU, and Asia.
  • Strong Communication and Sales Skills: Strong communication, sales, project management, and organizational skills.
